John Vincent co-founded the naturally fast food chain LEON in 2004 to bring food that tastes good and does you good to the high street. As CEO of LEON, which currently has 28 restaurants across the UK, John is committed to providing ‘good food for the planet’. The brand’s mission is to make it possible for everyone to eat well and sees LEON set to become an international fast food business, it plans to double in size over the next twelve months.
John has co-authored two LEON cookbooks – Naturally Fast Food with business partner Henry Dimbleby, and Family & Friends with cookery writer Kay Plunkett-Hogge. LEON has 5 cookbooks in total.
