Kirsten Gilmour

Kirsten is a passionate, straight-talking, award-winning Head Chef from New Zealand living and working in the Cairngorms in Scotland. She made her name as owner and chef of Aviemore’s much missed Mountain Cafe, and now runs Kj’s Bothy Bakery in Grantown-on-Spey, making bread, cakes and bakes for the lucky residents and visiting walkers, climbers and tourists, as well as running a subscription service for customers across the UK.
