This is one of my favourite biscotti recipes and just perfect for Thanksgiving or any holiday but always welcome, no matter what season. These are crisp, spicy and festive, making them a wonderful coffee klatch biscotti or chai-dipping treat. I often coat one side of these with melted white chocolate which I mix with cinnamon or orange oil. They are also wonderful made with roasted sweet pumpkin puree.
