After I mastered the pâte à choux recipe, I made profiteroles every chance I had. After about the seventh time I served them, however, my family looked at me with this expression that clearly revealed that they were wondering if I had a disease of the brain. When I finally asked what was wrong, the reply I got was, “Really? Again?”
