Salt Fish Pie


  • One teaspoonful chopped Parsley
  • One pound of Salt Cod
  • One pint of Bread Sauce
  • One tablespoon of Butter


Soak, boil, and flake fish. Make the bread sauce, add fish, butter and parsley; season with pepper and mustard. Turn into pie-dish, brown in oven or cover with paste and bake 20–30 minutes.
