Traditionally eaten at Easter, these little biscuits are great with a coffee, Greek or otherwise. This is an easy recipe and a good one to bake with kids as everyone can have fun shaping the biscuits.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter with a whisk or paddle attachment until light and fluffy. Slowly add the sugar and beat for another 5 minutes before adding the eggs, one at a time, beating for at least a minute after each is added. Mix in the vanilla and orange extracts and the orange zest.
