Hawaiian Pizza

Salty plus sweet makes the Hawaiian my all-time favorite pizza, and 24 million Australians agree with me, as it’s the most popular pizza in the Land Down Under. (Interestingly, the Hawaiian was invented by a Greek—Sam Panopoulos—who ran a pizza place in Canada!) To add a veggie element, throw in some thinly sliced peppers or mushrooms, or to make it meatier, add pepperoni. A Spicy Jalapeño crust would add a nice balance of heat.
