  • About

Remember the ditty and you will get the ratio right every time! ‘One of sour, two of sweet, three of strong and four of weak!’ We would not dare to suggest how many this amount serves! Go easy.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml/1 cup fresh lime juice (‘sour’)
  • 450 g/2

Method

Mix all the punch ingredients in a large bowl and chill. Serve in glasses and finish up each drink with a few dashes of Angostura bitters, freshly grated nutmeg and a slice of lime, orange or fresh pineapple and the traditional cherry on top. Serve over ice. It gets better by the hour, so make it ahead and keep refrigerated.
