My Favourite Cheeseburger

A cheeseburger is possibly my all-time fave food, the kind of thing I’ll request on my birthday or when I feel like indulging. The US has it locked on the burger front. When I was working at Gordon Ramsey’s, all the boys would often go out for beers after our shift. We’d always end up eating somewhere, making it just before the 2am last call at Corner Bistro or the burger joint at the Parker Meridian to get food before they closed.
