I usually hate chocolate with any kind of fruit but this is a rare exception as it’s got just a small, subtle kick of citrus. Chocolate and miso is a combo we keep coming back to; I love the saltiness the miso brings, replacing regular salted caramel for something much more complex. We put it with amazake, a traditional Japanese drink made from koji rice that aids digestion.
