Sometimes I crave a warming spiced potato and tomato curry, and this one definitely hits the spot. It does not require onion or garlic and yet is packed full of flavours from the range of spices. It is great eaten on its own but also works well as part of a large spread. Any of the flatbreads in this book or basmati rice would work well alongside it.
