Keralan Cabbage Thoran

This dry Keralan cabbage and coconut dish is very different from my Bengali white cabbage recipe. Equally quick and easy, it elevates the humble cabbage into something delicious in no time at all. It proved hugely popular in my online classes as it does really transform a white cabbage into deliciously memorable dish. A good addition to this dish is finely grated carrot.
