  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of rapidly boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and return to the pan.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the garlic and chilli, and cook over very low heat for 2–3 minutes, or until the garlic is golden. Take care not to burn the garlic or chilli as this wil
