Some of my favourite Thai dishes are the simple recipes from the home. These are what the Thais eat every day. It is food that is nutritious, easy to prepare and satisfying to eat. Here is such a recipe. The key to success is the stock, which should be homemade for the best results.
Soak the rice noodles in a bowl of warm water for about 20 minutes. Drain them in a colander or sieve.
