Brown pork in butter in large skillet. Add onions, celery and tops, mushrooms and green peppers.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water; add to pork mixture. Cook over low heat until meat is well done, about 15 minutes. (Vegetables should still be crisp.)
Stir in flour, blended with small amount of water. Stir until mixture is thickened; add soy sauce.
