Ingredients

  • ½ lbs. ground pork
  • 2 tblsp. butter or regular margarine
  • 3

Method

  • Brown pork in butter in large skillet. Add onions, celery and tops, mushrooms and green peppers.
  • Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water; add to pork mixture. Cook over low heat until meat is well done, about 15 minutes. (Vegetables should still be crisp.)
  • Stir in flour, blended with small amount of water. Stir until mixture is thickened; add soy sauce.
