Ingredients

  • 6 large chicken breasts, boned
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tblsp. water

Method

  • Remove skin from chicken breasts. Blend together eggs, water, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dip chicken into flour, then into egg mixture and next in sesame seeds.
  • Melt butter in 13 X 9 X 2″ pan. Add chicken and turn to coat with butter.
  • Bake in hot oven (400°) 40 to 50 minutes, until golden brown and tender. Serve with Creamy Mushroom S
