  • ¼ c. butter
  • 1 lb. chicken livers (about 15)
  • ½ tsp

Method

  • Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Brown livers in butter about 5 minutes; add ½ tsp. salt and pepper.
  • Toast bread; cut each slice diagonally in 4 triangles.
  • Combine sour cream, onion and ½
