Perfect crown for macaroni casserole


  • ½ lb. ground beef
  • ½ lb. ground lean pork
  • 1 egg<


  • Combine all ingredients except fat. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 26 balls, about 1″ in diameter.
  • Heat fat in skillet over medium heat. Add meat balls and cook to brown, about 20 minutes; remove from pan. Add to macaroni casserole as directed.
