Ingredients: 6 slices process cheese; 1 chopped onion; 1 tsp. salt; Parsley; 1 tsp. paprika; ¼ tsp. pepper; ½ lb. bulk pork sausage or hamburger; 6 hamburger buns; 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
Parsley

Method

Combine tomato sauce, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and paprika. Cook until thick, about 10 minutes.
Brown sausage; break into small pieces with a fork.
Spoon a tablespoonful of warm tomato sauce into each bun, then a spoonful of meat; top with a slice of cheese. Brown open buns in hot oven (400°) 8 to 10 minutes.
