Method

  • Roll pastry into 14 X 12" rectangle.
  • Combine apples and cinnamon, spread over pastry evenly; then roll up as for jelly roll. Slice in 1½" pieces, sealing edges with toothpicks, and place in 11 X 7 X 1½" pan, sealed side down. Bake in hot oven (400°) 15 minutes.
