  • 1 pound sun-dried prunes
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch<

Method

  1. Cook prunes in 2 cups water for 5 minutes. When soft enough to remove pits, do so.
  2. Put prunes back into water; add sausage pieces and lemon slice. Cook until prunes are almost cooked.
