This is a Lebanese style burger – basically a grilled, meat-stuffed pitta – for you to get your chops around. Use rectangular pittas if you can so they’re easier to cook on all sides.


You Need

  • 500 g lamb mince
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 1


How You Do It

Combine the mince with the tomato purée, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder and fresh herbs in a bowl. Mix well to make sure the meat is flavoured evenly. If you want to add cheese, mix some in now.

Get a skillet on a medium heat while you stuff the lamb mixture into each pitta pocket until they’re all full. Push the mince do
