Method

How You Do It

Sort the chicken and get it marinating. Meanwhile, get a grill on and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Put the bacon on the tray and slam it under the grill, turning when needed, then take out when nice and crispy. Toast the buns under the grill at the same time.

When the chicken is marinated and coated according to the re
