Matcha Smoothies



  • 1 teaspoon Matcha powder (not green tea)
  • ½ apple, cored and chopped
  • 20 g (¾ oz) trimmed silverbeet (Swiss chard) or baby English spinach
  • 10 mint leaves
  • ¼ banana
  • ½ pear, cored
  • 100 ml ( fl oz) water


Just put all the ingredients in the blender for these smoothies and blitz until smooth. These are quite thick smoothies so add a splash of water or more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
