This drink contains not only all the beneficial Lactobacillus bacteria but also offers the amazing health benefits of coconut water. Coconut water contains essential minerals and electrolytes and is similar in its chemical structure to our own blood plasma. These two ingredients combined create a super-health drink indeed. This kefir would be good for digestion, kidneys and the immune system, and for protecting your heart against high blood pressure, heart attack, irregular heartbeat and blood clots. I like to drink a glass a day.

Unless you find some really sweet young coconut, this drink might not taste quite as nice as it is healthy. If you don’t like it, you could use it as a base for a smoothie or do a second fermentation. This drink is a true elixir of life.
