One good thing about this tangy and rich flatbread is you can start it in the morning and it’ll be ready by the afternoon. Another is that it blisters nicely over coals. In the summer, try these flatbreads with marinated chicken or lamb skewers and lots of generously dressed cucumbers tossed with mint and cilantro. Match with Garlic Yogurt or Spicy Cilantro Mayo, no matter what else you’re serving.
