This rub, or some form of it, has been a go-to of ours since the restaurant opened. A measured dose is fantastic on whole fish, and you could easily spread some olive oil over brined chicken legs and cover with the rub before grilling. Same goes for pork chops. One of my favorite things to do with it is to fold some into thick Greek yogurt for a dip to accompany Grilled Flatbreads.
