Vanilla cupcakes

It seems everywhere you look these days someone is making cupcakes, but when we first started making them in Hampstead, there was nowhere local to buy them. Some of our bakers love making them as lurid as possible (our younger clientele tend to choose these), while others prefer more pastel hues. We use a 2D nozzle to get a pretty rose effect on top.
