Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg
  • 12 fl oz milk

Method

Heat butter in skillet at Gas 8/230°C/450°F. Pour in batter made by beating the egg with the milk, then mixing in the other ingredients. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
