  • 5-6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • ½ teasp

Method

  • To make the sauce, gently simmer 3 tablespoons of the olive oil and the garlic together in a small saucepan for a minute or two before stirring in the honey. Add the tomatoes and heat gently until they are just warm and softening. Season with salt and pepper and keep to one side.<
