  • About

This is one of the quickest and easiest noodle dishes I know. Be sure to get the best oyster sauce you can find and the recipe will literally cook itself.

Ingredients

  • 225g (8 oz) flat dried rice noodles
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Method

  1. Soak the rice noodles in a large bowl of hot water for 25 Minutes. When soft, drain well in a colander, discarding the water. Toss with the sesame oil and soy sauce, and set aside.
  2. Heat a wok over high heat until it is hot, then add the groundnut oil. When it is hot and slightly smoking, add the pork and stir-fry for 2 Minutes, breaking up any clumps of meat.</
