A very easy recipe with every day ingredients. Perfect for using up any languishing bananas. I didn't have any rum but I am sure it would add to the flavour!
This is a very delicious banana bread! I made it with brown flour and put a sliced banana on top before baking. I didn’t add the rum as we were having it for breakfast. Next time I’ll try it with less sugar as it was quite sweet as a breakfast food. Looking forward to having another slice with a cup of tea later!
