A much-loved and classic pudding from South Africa which is similar to a stocky toffee pudding. Made with an odd assortment of ingredients such as apricot jam, vinegar and golden syrup, the combination works surprisingly well and the result is a delectable albeit very rich pudding that just cries out to be served with custard.
