Method

  1. Melt the cocoa butter in the microwave and with an immersion blender, blend the white coloring in.
  2. Pour the white cocoa butter over the white chocolate and blend well.
  3. Return to the microwave and heat until it is 35C (95F). Reserve and prepare your spray gun.
