Method
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together until you have achieved a smooth cake batter.
- Place the cake batter into an espuma gun and charge it with two NO2 cream chargers. Shake very well.
- Cut 3 2.5cm (1 inch) slits on the bottom of each paper cup. Fill the paper cup halfway with the cake batter. Bake in the microw
