Method

Put the carrots and potatoes in the slow cooker. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the cooker.

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. Reduce the heat to medium, add the onion and fry, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add the garlic, curry powder
