Fried Skillet Chicken Breasts

Whenever my sister and I would sleep over at my cousin’s house, my aunt would make these for us. She was an incredible cook. They make great sandwiches, tucked into Poupchina (Bread Rolls) with fresh lettuce and Ajvar (Roasted Red Pepper and Eggplant Dip).
