This condiment is perfect for dressing up simple Mediterranean food, from falafel to Greek Chopped Salad. Sometimes we serve this creamy cucumber sauce with Indian food and call it raita, adding a ¼ teaspoon each of cumin seeds and ground cumin for smokiness. It’s also a great topping for Olive-Chickpea Waffles.
