I make this skillet dinner only when there are the two of us, because I don’t have a pan large enough to cook steaks for four and I don’t like to use two pans. When I want to make rare beef for more than two people, I prepare a roast. Serve flank steak with a favorite condiment, salsa, or Herbed Vinaigrette.
