When I was a kid, we made s’mores at summer camp around the fire, toasting marshmallows on tree branches and then sandwiching them with chocolate between two Graham Crackers®.
Preheat the oven grill (broiler). Place a biscuit on a baking tray lined with baking paper, top it with squares of chocolate and a piece of marshmallow the same size as the biscuit. Place under the grill and monitor the cooking carefully. After about a minute, the marshmallow starts to colour and smell like caramel and the chocolate starts to melt. When that happens, remove from under the grill, top with the second biscuit and serve immediately.
