When I was a kid, we made s’mores at summer camp around the fire, toasting marshmallows on tree branches and then sandwiching them with chocolate between two Graham Crackers®.
Preheat the oven grill (broiler). Place a biscuit on a baking tray lined with baking paper, top it with squares of chocolate and a piece of marshmallow the same size as the biscuit. Place under the grill and monitor the cooking carefully. After about a minute, the marshmallow starts to colour and smell like caramel and the chocolate starts to melt. When that happens, remove from under the grill
