Place the snow pea shells and oil in an upright blender and blend for 45 seconds. Pass through a sieve lined with muslin (cheesecloth) into a bowl. Set aside for 30 minutes for the juice and oil to separate. Carefully skim off the oil, discarding the juice. Keep the oil in an airtight container until needed. This must be made on the day of serving.
