  • About

This is pure evil, a sticky, greasy, utterly addictive confection that must in part account for the large number of Iranians studying dentistry. One in ten of our Iranian customers at Persepolis are dentists. I do not know how this compares with the figures in the rest of London, but it is a worrying trend. It is widely available in Iranian shops, but is actually very easy to make.
