Ingredients

  • 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
  • 200 ml/7 fl oz/scant 1 cup

Method

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and drink immediately, or transfer into a portable vessel and take it with you for a breakfast on the move.
