Trinidadian dumplings are boiled, unlike their Jamaican cousins. They are simple and easy to make. You can serve them with anything you fancy.

Ingredients

  • 250 g plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon

Method

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients with your hand and then add water a little at a time and knead it into a soft but not sticky dough. You may not need all of the water. Using some extra flour on your work surface, roll the dough out to a 3 cm thick sausage shape and then cut into
