Method

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water. Remove from the heat and leave to cool for a few minutes. Stir in enough muesli so that the mixture will be just held together by the chocolate.

To make sweets, spoon the mixture into small paper cases, or just on to a tray. Cool, then chill until set.

To make biscuits, the mix can be spread on to a tray lined with waxed pape
