  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa

Method

Heat the oven to 375° F. Combine the flour and cocoa in a small bowl and stir until well mixed.

Beat the butter and sugar in a large mixer bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
