I encountered my first Moscow mule at Hamburger Mary’s, a Cincinnati bar I frequented with my graduate school friends on weekends. I loved their version of the drink, with fresh ginger and lime-flavored vodka. Over the years, I’ve made some modifications. This pomegranate version is one I turn to every fall. And it’s always on my Thanksgiving menu.
