  • About

Papayas are becoming a more popular fruit every day now. With the arrival of smaller Hawaiian papayas to America, it is now easier to buy and use the fruit because its smaller size makes it more practical. In Colombia, our native papayas are the large ones believed to have come from Mexico. You can use either for this recipe; they work great with lime juice. They create a delicious juice that is beautiful in color and flavor.
