Make Chocolate Shells
Melt and temper the milk chocolate.
Place a wire rack over a baking tray (to catch excess chocolate that drips from the moulds). One at a time, fill the two halves of an apple chocolate mould with the tempered chocolate and let stand for 1 minute. Invert
