Milk Chocolate Disks

Ingredients

  • Milk chocolate, tempered 150 g 5.29 oz

Method

  1. Review the steps for making chocolate décor.
  2. Spread the chocolate into a thin, even layer using an offset spatula.
  3. When the chocolate is semi-set, use a 5-cm/2-in ring cutter to cut out at least 10 disks. If there are additional disks, reserve them for future use.
  4. Place a sheet of parchment paper over the disks and place a flat weight over them, such as a cutting board, so that they set flat.
  5. Reserve in a cool, dark place. Use as directed for the Milk Chocolate and Lime Curd dessert.
